Job Description
Shift: 7:00 AM-7:00 PM
Hourly Rate: $17.00 an hour
**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:**
+ Must be familiar with Farm Shop safety rules and guidelines.
+ Work with Farm Shop manager and harvest team to implement changes that have been identified.
+ Work with other departments.
+ Prepare equipment for production.
+ Clean and service harvest equipment as required.
+ Have operational knowledge of all equipment in the area.
+ Have equipment ready to run at start of shift.
+ Assist other maintenance in repair of ag equipment when necessary.
**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:**
+ Should be able to use mechanical and electrical tools and shop equipment.
+ Should possess a mechanical aptitude in order to troubleshoot, repair, and maintain plant, both electrically and mechanically.
+ Perform other duties and assume additional responsibilities as assigned by Farm Shop Manager.
