SEASONAL PRODUCTION SUPERVISOR | CHICHESTER | FIXED TERM CONTRACT

Due to continued growth and increased demand, we are expanding our team and seeking Seasonal Production Supervisors to join Natures Way Foods (NWF) on a fixed-term contract. This is a great opportunity to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking organisation where people are at the heart of everything we do.

 In this role, you will support site operations by supervising seasonal colleagues, organising labour, and working closely with management to ensure smooth daily production, accurate timesheet and attendance processes, and consistent productivity, helping deliver fresh, high-quality food products safely and efficiently to our retail customers.

Shift Patterns Available (44 hours per week):
