Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate admissions of new patients from the ED
• Conduct daily patient evaluations and rounds
• Respond to urgent patient calls effectively
• Stabilize patients before the end of shifts
• Work with colleagues in a 1:3 on-call rotation
