We are seeking a highly motivated Second Officer / Relief Chief Officer to fill a regular position at Horseshoe Bay.
In this position you will stand a watch as the Navigating Officer of the vessel. You have considerable knowledge of applicable navigating equipment and techniques; corporate policies and procedures applicable to the position; international, federal and provincial regulations applicable to the position; safety and emergency procedures; ship handling principles, stability, seamanship and deck maintenance.
As duties will vary depending on business requirements, a flexible attitude is essential. You are extremely safety-conscious. You hold a valid Chief Mate, Near Coastal Certificate or higher and a valid Seafarer’s Medical certificate.
