About the role

Vision for Education are seeking a passionate and qualified English Teacher to work on a supply basis across secondary schools in Solihull. This is an excellent opportunity for a committed teacher looking for flexibility, variety, and the chance to work within supportive school environments.

The Role


As a Supply English Teacher, you will be delivering engaging and effective English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (and potentially Key Stage 5 depending on placement). Roles may vary from day-to-day cover to longer-term assignments.

Responsibilities include:


  • Delivering pre-planned English lessons or planning where required for longer placements
  • Maintaining high standards of teaching and learning in line with school expectations
  • Managing classroom behavior effectively
  • Supporting student progress through marking and feedback when required
