Position Summary
Secondary Biology Teacher needed in Sharjah starting August 2026. The role involves teaching general science to secondary students within a well‑established international school that blends the American curriculum and IB programmes from KG to Grade 12.
Qualifications
- Qualified teacher status
- At least 2 years post‑qualifying experience (as per Ministry regulations)
- Willingness to work in a 100% ESL learning environment
- Experience with American Curriculum, especially Common Core (preferred)
- Strong academic background in content knowledge
- Collaborative and collegial approach
- Assessment literacy and data‑driven instruction
- Skill in differentiating and engaging students
- Technologically proficient
