KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Negotiate listing agreements with sellers/landlords
- Secure pocket listings and off-market deals
- Qualify buyers and understand requirements
- Conduct property searches and shortlisting
- Schedule and conduct viewings (8-10 weekly)
- Create professional listing materials
- Coordinate photography and videography
