Secondary Maths Teacher – South Auckland
Working In NZ Education is seeking a skilled and motivated Secondary Maths Teacher for a permanent position at a well-established secondary school in South Auckland.

We are looking for an experienced teacher with strengths in areas such as:
- Mathematics across Years 9–13 (approximately ages 13–18)
- Teaching both lower and upper secondary maths
- Algebra, geometry and statistics at junior levels
- Experience teaching senior maths pathways (such as calculus, statistics or mathematical modelling) is preferred but not essential
- Building strong numeracy foundations in younger students
- Supporting learners across a wide range of abilities, including extension and intervention
