Overview
Secondary Supply Teacher – Flexible short-term and long-term opportunities available immediately. You’ll be supporting schools in Plympton and the surrounding areas, covering a range of subjects as needed.
Duties
- Deliver engaging lessons across the secondary curriculum following provided plans
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Manage behaviour effectively in line with school policies
- Assess and record pupil progress where required
- Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of different learners
- Communicate effectively with staff and contribute to the wider school community
