Secondary Teaching Assistant

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Teaching Assistants to support pupils’ learning across secondary sector
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with teachers to support pupil learning and progress.
- Assist pupils with additional needs, including SEN support where required.
- Support classroom management and encourage positive behaviour.
- Prepare resources and help deliver engaging learning activities.
Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to motivate pupils.
- Previous experience in a school setting is desirable but not essential.
- A genuine interest in supporting pupils’ education and well-being.
