Teaching Personnel are currently recruiting Secondary Teaching Assistants to support schools across the RCT area, including mainstream secondary schools, behaviour provisions, and specialist SEN settings.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people, especially those who may need additional guidance with behaviour or learning needs.
The Role:
- Support teachers in delivering engaging lessons across KS3–KS5
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils
