This role focuses on backend system functionality, including configuration, technical troubleshooting, QA/testing, and hands-on system support.
The ideal candidate brings experience working behind the scenes of ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, or GFEBS), with the ability to support coding, system analysis, and defect resolution while ensuring overall system performance and data integrity.
