Key responsibilities:- Manage the Chairman's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and official communications
- Prepare board meeting agendas, minutes, executive reports, and presentation materials
- Act as the primary liaison between the Chairman and senior executives, board members, and external stakeholders
