Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to senior management, managing schedules, priorities, and daily executive operations with a high level of discretion.
- Serve as the primary contact for the executive office, coordinating with board members, investors, senior management, and external stakeholders.
- Prepare and manage executive communications, presentations, and materials, as well as organize board meetings and corporate engagements.
- Support talent acquisition and HR‑related initiatives, including sourcing, recruiter coordination, onboarding, and special confidential projects.
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
- At least 5 years of experience in executive support, office management, or HR administration, preferably supporting senior leadership.
