Role
Day-To-Day Activities
- Lead B2B business planning, forecast governance, and scenario analysis to ensure alignment between commercial targets, operational execution, and financial commitments.
- Drive performance monitoring, management reviews, KPI tracking, and accountability across products, sales channels, and business segments to identify risks and recovery actions.
- Conduct business analysis, commercial diagnostics, and performance modelling to generate actionable insights, strategic recommendations, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Oversee executive reporting, management dashboards, KPI reporting, and structured review cadence to provide timely, accurate, and actionable business performance visibility.
- Partner with Sales, Product, Finance, BI, Network, and Operations teams to drive performance governance, strategic alignment, business prioritization, and performance improvement initiatives.
