Job Description
Responsibilities
- Work independently and lead a team of Engineering Engineers (Process) to achieve Fab targets (eg. quality, fab yield, cost, cycle time) and to achieve fab improvements.
- Lead team to support cross‑functional activities within fabs. Provide guidance and technical knowledge within ST and PTC. Liaise with external suppliers and professionals from other sites to provide specific needs for the department (Process Technical Committee).
- Responsible for training, mentoring, career planning and annual performance management review with subordinates. Provide cross‑functional support (cross‑fab/cross‑dept) whenever necessary and Superior.
- Responsible to plan and initiate mission for own section and support company missions.
- Be a role model for ownership of job responsibilities and Organisation's values, as well as cascading our Organisation's visions to the team.
