About the Role : The Section Manager – Frozen, Dairy & Chill is responsible for managing the frozen, dairy, and chilled products section in the retail store. This includes ensuring product quality and freshness, overseeing inventory and merchandising, supervising staff, and delivering excellent customer service while meeting sales and profitability targets.

Operations Management
- Supervise daily operations of the frozen, dairy, and chill section.
- Ensure proper handling, storage, and display of products in line with food safety standards.
- Monitor product freshness, rotation, and compliance with hygiene requirements.
Inventory & Stock Control
