Your new company
Your new organisation is a main building contractor operating out of Dublin and with over 15 active projects around the greater Leinster area, mainly in and around Dublin.
A lot of these projects consist of high-end residential apartments (150–650 units), Data Centres and high-end commercial space.
They are renowned as one of the best contractors in the industry and have a pipeline of work for the next 5+ years due to their ongoing residential and data centre presence.
They are in a period of constant expansion,
And requires several finishing managers and section managers across several of their build projects.
Your new role
Your new role is to be based on either a large apartment block beside Trinity College or a 140-unit build in Dublin 8.Both projects are well underway but there remains an element of the build still ongoing.
