Securities Transfers
- Ensure all required approvals are obtained and instructions provided by the Business comply with clients’ signing mandates and internal procedures
- Maintain close coordination and communication with Front Office, internal stakeholders, custodians, and counterparties
- Manage daily securities transfer requests efficiently from initiation through to completion
- Process securities transfer requests accurately and within agreed timelines
- Monitor, manage, and resolve failed transfers effectively
- Ensure adherence to established procedures, control guidelines, market regulations, and compliance requirements
- Deliver efficient and seamless support to the Front Office
- Escalate any procedural deviations in a timely manner
- Manage and reconcile stock and cash breaks effectively
- Perform end-of-day control checks
