This position involves monitoring high-traffic areas and responding to safety concerns to maintain a supportive atmosphere for patients and visitors. As a Security Ambassador, you will implement de-escalation strategies and work closely with healthcare professionals. Interpersonal skills are crucial to foster a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Patrol emergency department areas actively
• Engage with patients and alleviate their anxieties
• Identify and respond to potential violence
• Document patient contacts and health observations
• Liaise with law enforcement as needed
Requirements:
• Valid immunization records and TB test
• Proficiency in English communication
• Prior experience in security or related fields
• Certificates in Management of Aggressive Behavior
