Security Architect

Security Architect / Senior Security Manager

This is not a “sit in a silo and say no” security role. The business is scaling quickly, going through significant platform and product transformation, and needs someone pragmatic who can work closely with engineering, product and leadership teams to help shape security in a commercially sensible way.

You’ll work directly alongside the Head of Security as a trusted second-in-command, helping drive security maturity across cloud, application security, governance, risk and delivery. The environment is fast-moving, collaborative and relatively unstructured compared to large enterprise organisations, so this role would suit someone comfortable operating with ambiguity, making sensible judgement calls and helping build process where needed rather than relying on it already existing.
