JOB PURPOSE:
To ensure Pullman and Novotel is a secure environment by implementing security systems, policies, and procedures in accordance with hotel standards.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Patrol assigned areas (guest floors, lobby, basement parking) during duty periods and report all untoward incidents, policy violations, fire/safety hazards, and breaches of hotel decorum.
- Monitor and secure guest rooms and hotel property, including fixtures, equipment, and accessories, whilst providing assistance to guests as required.
- Maintain vigilance in lobby and public areas; greet guests appropriately and monitor for undesirable visitors, banned elements, and persistent troublemakers, reporting concerns to senior security staff.
