**A Brief Overview**
Under the direct supervision of the Security Services Supervisor, and/or appointed shift commander, dispatches Security Personnel to emergency and non-emergency calls for service. Answers incoming phone calls and operates a computer dispatch system, monitors fire and other systems alarms and inputs incident reports into the computer system as needed. In addition to the dispatcher visually monitors the extensive Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system in operation at the Security Operations Center.
