Key Responsibilities
- Manage the SOX and ICFR compliance programs
- Collaborate with Finance to document key financial controls
- Ensure operating documentation for ITGCs and ITACs
- Coordinate with external auditors for evidence requests
- Develop reports on compliance readiness for senior leadership
