Role Overview
A Security Consultant in Akamai's Government Services team serves as the main contact for security services, ensuring seamless integration and support for U.S. and Canadian government customers.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to understand customer use cases and adjust solutions to meet client needs
- Partner with internal sales teams to fully understand customer business needs and ensure their success
- Participate in internal projects to contribute to best practices, improving methodology and solution delivery quality
