Description:
This is a security compliance governance role where formal governance and documentation is its biggest aspect (i.e. not a strictly technical role in the practical aspect, but it requires to have at least basic and theoretical technical knowledge).
Key Responsibilities:
Assess and approve change requests (e.g., firewall openings, proxy/email whitelisting, AD group membership) from a security compliance perspective. Interpret security standards and translate them into actionable technical requirements. Communicate clearly with stakeholders and raise security awareness.
