Porch & Vehicle Management:
- Monitor lobby access and prevent unauthorised entry; inform management of VIP movements
- Coordinate smooth vehicular traffic flow and enforce parking time limits (5-6 minutes peak, 10-15 minutes off-peak)
- Ensure valet parking procedures are followed, including vehicle inspection, guest matching, and key management
- Prevent unauthorised removal of hotel property
Gate & Access Control:
- Oversee all gate operations (Associate Gate, Main Entrance, Receiving Bay) ensuring compliance with security procedures
- Enforce frisking, vehicle checking, and gate pass procedures for associates, visitors, and vendors
- Prevent unauthorised personnel access to restricted areas (Diesel Yard, Heart of House)
- Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly security records
