Security Field Supervisor

Allied Universal® is currently hiring a Field Supervisor to support security operations across remotely managed accounts. This position is responsible for supervising Security Professionals in the field, ensuring all assigned sites remain properly staffed, and supporting day-to-day operational needs in partnership with Operations Management.

**Position Details:**
• Pay: $18.27 / hr
• Supervise and support Security Professionals at multiple locations
• Ensure all shifts and sites maintain proper coverage
• Conduct on-site inspections, coaching, and performance support
• Work closely with Operations Managers to maintain service quality
• Respond to staffing and operational needs as they arise
