Job Description

POSITION: Security Guard

QUALIFICATION: Minimum SSSCE/WASSCE

EXPERIENCE: 2 Years or more

DUTIES:


  • Assist in maintaining overall security of the company

  • Keep records of all goods coming into the factory

  • Check all goods leaving the factory and ensure that they are covered by appropriate approved documents

  • Inspect all fuel tankers before and after delivery and record all fuel intake of both company’s vehicles for use at the workshop and production

  • Keep Daily Occurrence Book and record all occurrences and faulty appliances in the company

  • Search all personnel and vehicles coming in and leaving the factory

  • Keep records of the movement of all staff members during working hours and non-working hours

  • Keep records of waybills and receipts

  • Ensure that all doors, vehicles, taps, etc are always locked when they must be
