Job Description: Access Controls & Visitor Management Responsible for the guardhouse to verify the identity of all individuals entering the premises
Issue visitor passes and maintains an accurate log of all entries and exits (digital or manual)
Conduct vehicle checks for delivery trucks and contractors to ensure no unauthorized goods enter or leave the site
Enforce company policies regarding restricted areas
Patrol & Surveillance Conduct regular foot patrols of the facility to deter crime and security risks
Monitor CCTC cameras feeds and alarm systems continuously
Check that all doors, windows and gates are properly locked and secured after hours
Emergency Response & Safety (EHS) Act as the first responder in the event of fire, medical emergencies, or security breaches
Assist in the evacuation of the building during fire drills or actual emergencies
Report Health & Safety hazards immediately
Enforce safety protocols, such as ensuring visitors wear PPE (Per...
