Responsibilities
- Provide consistent professional and proactive guest service while collaborating with colleagues.
- Regularly patrol all areas and buildings to ensure safety and security.
- Address and manage the presence of trespassers or unauthorized individuals on the property.
- Carry out security and baggage checks as necessary.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and take appropriate actions to ensure the safety of guests and colleagues.
- Observe and report any vehicle violations on the property including parking issues, speeding and dangerous driving.
- Respond promptly to activated fire prevention systems, investigate causes and report findings.
- Address guest and staff concerns offering first aid and casualty care in a timely compassionate and helpful manner.
