Job Description
**Overview**
The **Security Officer I** is responsible for the safety and security of all patients, employees,contractors, trainees, vendors, and visitors, utilizing Institute facilities. The
incumbent will complete regular security rounds, check for and verify properidentification, sign-in/out individuals, provide escort services, control buildingingress and egress, write reports, ensure adherence and compliance of Institutepolicies, and promptly respond to disturbances while on duty.
_*The targeted staring salary/hourly rate for an entry-level candidate for this position is $17/h increasing to $19/hour after one year._
