Engineer - Must have a Third Grade Engineer License from the City of Omaha (Boiler Certification) This position would be perfect for a retired engineer, looking to work again for extra income, without all the stress of a regular Engineer position. The pay is $24.50 as per the contract and is NOT negotiable. Looking for a candidate to start immediately. -This position is required to monitor equipment (boilers, temperatures, pressures, water pumps, fans, air handlers) and trouble shoot when needed by contacting the on-call Facilities manager. -They may perform the needed repairs themselves or utilize face time to have the manager walk them through the process. -If they are unable to fix it then the manger will contact another vendor to come in and complete the repairs. -Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies and when appropriate, emergency response activities -Respond to incidents and critical situations in a cal...
