The ideal candidate brings a background in military service, law enforcement, or security, along with strong leadership and managerial capabilities. Previous experience in security or management is strongly preferred but not required, as Securitas offers a comprehensive training program to support your success. **Pay Rates:**
1 st Shift - $21.00 /hr
2 nd Shift - $22.00 /hr
3 rd Shift - $23.00 /hr
