Job Description
Responsibilities
- Responsible for investigations throughout the respective Region and state.
- Execute Security policies to ensure the physical and system security of all SCOM premises.
- Implement Security standards operating procedures (SOP) and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement Security policies in accordance with relevant rules and regulations.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement effective Security policies, guidelines, and procedures to achieve department objectives.
- Monitor Security Service Providers' performance, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and validate monthly payments to ensure compliance with agreements.
- Conduct audits to ensure adherence to Security standards and policies.
- Directly participate in the coordination and planning of physical security matters.
- Assess additional requests from Operations and evaluate the necessity for Security measures.
