**JOB SPECIFICATIONS:**
+ **Job Title:** Security Officer's (Guard Gate, Patrol Officer, Command Center)
+ **Environment:** Luxury Boston Condos (Waterfront Property)
+ **Location:** Boston, MA
+ **Pay:** $22.00-$26.00/hour
**GENERAL JOB DUTIES**
+ Provide professional customer service to a client-facing site.
+ Heavy foot traffic location – looking for officer engagement and responsiveness with residents / visitors / contractors / etc.
+ Interior Exterior patrols, on foot to inspect building and grounds.
+ High level of observation skills.
+ Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers, clients, and management.
+ Observe, report, and prepare logs/reports on incidents or suspicious activity.
+ Respond to emergency situations following procedures established for the site.
