Qualifications
- Monitor and maintain all hotel security systems and ensure smooth daily security operations.
- Patrol hotel premises and control access to restricted areas to prevent unauthorized entry or exit.
- Assist guests, employees, and management while ensuring safety and protection at all times.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, and crisis situations in coordination with relevant departments and authorities.
- Maintain accurate security records, inventories, and log books for operational reference.
- Follow hotel safety, fire, and emergency procedures while maintaining professional appearance and conduct.
Qualifications
- Secondary / High school education
- Certificates in National Skills Recognition System, CPR, First Aid Management and Basic Fire Fighting will be advantageous
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar capacity
