SHIFT PATTERN: 4 on 4 off (06:00 - 18:00 2 days followed by 09:00 - 21:00 2 days followed by 4 off), 42 hours per week

Role Purpose
The Security Shift Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational delivery of all Soft Services on shift, including security, housekeeping and Guest Services.
Acting as the on shift operational lead, the Security Shift Manager ensures safe, efficient and high-quality service delivery across the site.
