Job Description
Currently Interviewing potential **SITE SUPERVISOR** candidates for Buffalo, NY and Dunkirk, NY areas. **MUST** have the following to be considered:
+ **CURRENT/ACTIVE NYS GUARD CARD**
+ **AT LEAST 4+ YEARS OF** **_VERIFIABLE, CONSECUTIVE_** **EXPERIENCE IN SECURITY**
+ **SHIFT LEAD AND/OR SUPERVISOR EXPERIENCE IS PREFERRED**
+ **FLEXIBILITY - MUST BE AVAILABLE FOR ALL DAYS/SHIFTS AS NEEDED**
+ **MUST HAVE EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS**
+ **SCHEDULING EXPERIENCE WITH ABILITY TO MITIGATE OVERTIME IS PREFERRED**
+ **ABILITY TO HANDLE INITIAL COUNSELLING AND CORRECTIVE ACTION ISSUES**
