Key Outputs
- Supervise and lead all on‑site Security Officers to ensure consistent performance and discipline.
- Ensure timely relief of officers and proper shift handovers.
- Maintain a professional and disciplined security presence at all times.
- Ensure all officers are trained, understand their job descriptions, and comply with BWE SOPs and access control procedures.
- Monitor adherence to standing orders and ensure all posts are manned and officers remain alert.
- Record and report any short‑posting incidents in the Occurrence Book (O/B), with or without replacements.
- Take immediate control of any incident until formally handed over to Senior Manager: Security Operations.
- Report all breaches, incidents, or occurrences that may impact the site within 24 hours.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date entries in the O/B.
