Experienced security leader responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of the security department within a fast-paced environment. Skilled in supervising and training seasonal officers on park procedures, emergency response protocols, and guest interaction standards. Proven ability to monitor daily staffing levels, coordinate team assignments, and assist in responding to disturbances, theft investigations, medical calls, and other on-site incidents.
