Overview: The Security Supervisor oversees dormitory security operations and serves as the primary point of contact (POC) for incidents and emergencies. The role ensures the safety, security and well-being of residents while supervising outsourced security personnel and coordinating effectively with operations and emergency response teams. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage security officers, ensuring discipline, punctuality and professional conduct. Oversee access control for residents, visitors and vehicles, enforcing dormitory rules. Ensure regular patrols and surprise checks are conducted to maintain safety, order and compliance. Act as the first point of contact for emergencies, including medical, fire, security and other incidents. Identify, report and follow up on security, safety or maintenance issues within the dormitory.
