About the Role
Lendlease Malaysia is seeking motivated candidates to build their career as Security Supervisor for Setia City Mall. This role is to ensure the safety and security of shoppers, tenants, staff, and property within the shopping mall premises. The Security Supervisor will oversee daily operations, enforce security protocols, and respond to incidents promptly and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate security officers’ daily activities, including patrols and monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with mall security policies and procedures.
- Respond to emergencies, alarms, and incidents; liaise with law enforcement and emergency services as needed.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments.
