The opportunity

We are looking for a Cross Function Hypercare Support Engineer who will become part of our Security Technology Services team. In this role, you will be involved in supporting end users as part of the deployment of security tools to ensure successful implementation of security technology and main security posture of the organization. You will have the opportunity to stand up new technologies and work with internal and external groups to ensure the related systems are secure and robust.

  • Supporting the run state of our security technologies, ensuring that they are operating within agreed service levels and at peak possible performance.
