Job Description
We are currently seeking a Selenium Automation Java Guidewire Tester to join our team in Guadalajara, Jalisco (MX-JAL), Mexico (MX).
- 3-5 years of QA experience
- Prior experience in Insurance P&C domain is preferable.
- Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Good understanding of automation Selenium in Java Language, best practices, and their applicability.
- Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans, and test cases.
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills, self-Driven, and independent.
- Experience working in a fast-paced project environment.
- Should have good Aptitude/Communication & team handling skills.
- Have a 'differentiator' mindset - a practitioner who contributes to asset creation and builds the competency / team.
