- Draft policies and metrics for governing sellers on the platform by working closely with commercial, operations, legal and marketing teams to roll out policies
- Work with large data sets to distil insights into sellers' behaviour and propose policies
- Propose new initiatives to improve seller's performance by benchmarking against competitors or through data analysis; Drive end-to-end implementation of said initiatives
- Communicate ideas and findings in a logical and structured manner to management
- Conceptualise new process and product improvements for sellers; Collaborate with Product teams to translate ideas into business requirements and new product launches
- Review scopes and manage processes to govern risk for platform including financial and PR risk mitigations
