Job Summary:
The Selling Sales Manager is responsible for achieving assigned sales targets through direct selling activities, without managing downlines or a sales team. This role focuses on prospecting, client presentations, site tripping support, closing sales, and maintaining strong relationships with buyers .
The Selling Sales Manager ensures accurate documentation, compliance with company policies, and effective pipeline management. Success in this role requires strong negotiation skills, market knowledge, and the ability to independently drive revenue within the assigned territory or project.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of real estate sales experience
- Completed 72 college units or Bachelor’s degree (4-year course)
