Job responsibilities
Lead Sales team
Drive store sales by setting an example in personal client engagement, selling techniques, and closing sales.
Model high-performance behaviors to inspire and guide junior Client Advisors. Maintain Product Expertise
Maintain expert-level knowledge of product lines including features, benefits, pricing, availability, care services, etc. Mentor Client Advisors
Mentor junior Client Advisors, sharing expertise on products, client service skills, and company protocols.
