Sometimes, they just need one adult who doesn’t give up on them.
The calm one.
The steady presence.
The person who can walk into chaos and help things feel safe again.
We’re looking for Behaviour & Inclusion Support staff to join a specialist setting in West Leeds, supporting pupils from KS1 to KS4 who’ve found mainstream education tough going.
Some students have experienced trauma.
