**Description:**
You will be the Semi Conductor Equipment Engineering Manager for the Semiconductor Equipment Engineering team. Our team is responsible for driving equipment performance and reliability across semiconductor wafer production.
**What You Will Be Doing**
As the Semi Conductor Equipment Engineering Manager you will be responsible for leading a high‑performing group of engineers and technicians to maximize equipment effectiveness, ensure safe operations, and support capital initiatives.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
+ Execute strategies to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness, including equipment availability, yield, cycle time, reliability, and safety.
+ Lead technical troubleshooting of equipment, debugging PLCs, reviewing code, and interpreting schematics to resolve unplanned downtime.
+ Support capital planning and oversee evaluation, installation, and validation of new equipment.
